Four Eyewear products are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser and does not apply to scratched lenses, damages caused through abuse, negligence, improper repairs/cleaning techniques, inadequate fit, modifications and alterations, if used other than the manner intended or exposure to chemicals or damaging liquids (refer to the Maintenance and Care menu on this website)
Four Eyewear makes no other express warranties or guarantees. Any warranties implied by law shall be limited to ninety (90) days in duration. Four Eyewear shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
If you suspect that your Four Eyewear product contains a defect, you may send the product to Four Eyewear for a warranty evaluation at any time within the first 12 months of from date of purchase. Damage products covered by warranty will be repaired or replaced with an item of comparable size and style at Four Eyewear's sole discretion. Damaged products deemed not covered by our warranty policy will be shipped back to you.
